Booking + cancellation policy
Simple, fair terms so you can lock in your dates with confidence.
Reserving your stay
- Send your dates through any booking form on this site. You'll see the price for your dates as you go.
- We confirm availability personally, usually within a day, by email or WhatsApp.
- We send you a secure payment link for a 20% deposit. Your dates are held once the deposit is paid.
- You pay the balance at check-in, by card, cash or bank transfer.
Deposit + cancellation
- 30 or more days before check-in: cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
- Less than 30 days before check-in: the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we can't host you on your dates for any reason, we refund 100% of what you've paid.
- Changing dates: ask us. If the new dates are free, we'll move your booking and your deposit with it.
Payments
Prices are per night in Mexican pesos (MXN), with cleaning included: no extra fees at checkout. Stays of 28 nights or more get 10% off the nightly rate. US-dollar amounts on this site are estimates; your card provider converts at its own rate. Deposits are paid through a secure online payment link. Ask us if you'd prefer to pay another way.
Check-in + check-out
Check-in is from 10–11 am and check-out is at 11 am. We're flexible whenever other guests' arrivals and departures allow, so tell us your plans and we'll do our best. Someone will be at the house to welcome you.
