Why it works
Beds for up to 12
A queen (Desert), a king (Cacti), full-size beds in the Wave and Mangrove rooms, and two full-size bedrooms in the Ocean Suite.
Private bathrooms
Every room has its own bathroom; the Ocean Suite's two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom inside the suite.
Room to gather
The Oasis living room and kitchen downstairs has a big dining table, and the pool and patio are right outside.
Walk to dinner
One block from the Malecón, with restaurants and bars a short walk away. Nobody has to drive.
The whole house
Friends, families, dive groups and small retreats can ask about booking the whole property.
Stairs
The house has three floors and no elevator. The Desert Room is on the ground floor for anyone who'd rather skip the stairs.

There are beds for up to 12 guests across the four rooms and the Ocean Suite.
Can we book the whole house?
Ask us: choose “Full property” on the form with your dates and group size, and we'll reply personally.
Is it good for families?
Yes, with one note: the house has three floors and no elevator. The Desert Room is on the ground floor.
Is there parking?
Street parking in front of the house and around the neighborhood, and we can arrange covered parking around the corner.
Can you pick us up from the airport?
Yes. We can arrange transportation to and from the La Paz and Los Cabos airports for your group.
